The Klinkhammer was originally devised by Hans van Klinken.It is a dry fly designed to hang down in the film imitating an insect that’s trying to emerge. The para-post makes it visible and the different versions allow you to fish this fly very effectively during the early stage of many hatches.
The Klinkhammer of ‘Klink’ as its often know, is a great fly to use when fishing the Duo.
